What is
the minimum Voicemail Broadcasting Agreement?
The minimum Message/ Voicemail
Broadcasting Campaign is for 5,000 dials for $500.00 and
includes the set-up fee of $195. For campaigns of over
15,000 dials there is no set-up fees.
How long
it takes to set-up and start a Voicemail Broadcasting
campaign?
Not very long. After you sign the
Agreement with us and provide us the data and the recorded
message, we can set-up the campaign in less than one hour.
You will have to provide us the list with the phone numbers
and the voice message you want to use. We can help you with
acquiring the list of the homeowners with phone number for
your products or services and also writing and recording the
script for the message. Unlike Direct Mail you can change
your message any time you want and you do not have to keep a
huge inventory of pre-printed letters.
How many
dials per day are required for each sales agent or customer
rep?
We suggest 5000 dials per day for each
sales staff. This will enable them to take 5-10 leads a day
depending upon the products and services you are marketing.

For new clients we have a
25,000 dials
(trial and testing period) at 6.0 cents per dial. If you are
satisfied with the results then you can sign a long term
agreement per your requirements and take advantage of volume
discounts. There is no set-up charge.

recording system and listen to a sample message that is left
